If your issue can be resolved quickly over the phone, I offer affordable remote support to get you sorted fast — saving you time and money.
If it turns out a home visit is required, the initial phone support fee will be deducted from your callout charge. Simple. Fair. No double charging.
I offer relaxed group sessions at retirement villages and community centres where residents can bring their phones, tablets, or laptops for quick help.
After the group session, I also offer in-home visits for anyone needing extra help with you products or services at a reduced rate.
